bitbouquet used to be a pseudo services directory for the public applications I served. It’s since been simplified down to a blog about software, networking, hosting and some personal, internet-y stories.

I work for an MSP and deal with complex escalations from support/project teams that involve learning undocumented systems, applications, networks, and other forms of infrastructure.

I don’t have any formal education in IT and my experience is purely based on self-guided learning through projects. I completed a business degree with a focus on digital marketing and instantly despised it, prompting me to take this stuff seriously.
